The ENGWE EP-2 3.0 Boost is a practical folding electric bike designed for riders looking for a comfortable, capable and easy-to-store bike for everyday journeys and leisure rides. Its step-through frame makes getting on and off straightforward, while the folding design gives you more flexibility when storing or transporting the bike.

At the heart of the EP-2 3.0 Boost is a 250W motor with up to 75Nm of torque. The torque sensor responds to how you pedal, helping the electric assistance feel more natural as you accelerate, climb or ride at a steady pace. Five levels of pedal assistance let you choose how much support you want depending on the journey.

The 48V 13.5Ah battery provides 648Wh of capacity and is integrated into the frame. ENGWE quotes a maximum range of up to 120km under its specified test conditions, while real-world range will vary depending on factors such as assistance level, rider weight, terrain, weather and riding conditions.

For added comfort, the EP-2 3.0 Boost uses 20-inch by 4.0-inch urban hybrid tyres with a 3mm anti-puncture layer, along with front suspension offering 50mm of travel. The wide tyres are suited to a variety of everyday surfaces, including tarmac, paved routes, gravel paths and firm trails.

Stopping power comes from hydraulic dual-piston disc brakes with 180mm rotors at the front and rear. The bike also features a seven-speed Shimano drivetrain, giving you additional gearing options when riding on different gradients.
