Powering the Dawes Arc is a dependable Bafang rear hub motor, delivering 32Nm of torque for smooth and responsive pedal assistance. The motor helps reduce effort when climbing hills, tackling longer journeys or riding into headwinds, while still providing a natural cycling experience.

With multiple pedal assistance levels available, riders can choose the amount of support that best suits their route and riding style.

Integrated Battery and Extended Range

The Arc features a neatly integrated 375Wh battery that offers an assisted range of up to 64 km (40 miles), depending on terrain, rider weight and selected assistance level.

Charging takes approximately five hours from empty, and the integrated battery design helps maintain the bike's clean appearance. A convenient USB charging port also allows compatible devices such as smartphones or GPS units to be charged once you've reached your destination.

Simple Controls and Clear Display

A backlit handlebar display provides quick access to key riding information, including battery level, current speed, trip distance and total distance travelled. The intuitive controls make it easy to switch between assistance levels while keeping your focus on the road ahead.
